VISITING

Yes! Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are highly recommended—especially for our popular Saturday Live Music & Tasting Experience, which fills up fast.

We offer a variety of tasting experiences to suit every vibe:

  • Spicy Vines Tasting Experience – Available Thursday through Monday.
  • Saturday Live Music & Tasting Experience – Offered every Saturday.
  • Off-Site Experiences & Classes – Available by appointment.

Seated tastings typically last 1–1.5 hours. We don’t impose time limits, so relax and enjoy at your own pace.

Food is always available and can be added to any tasting. Enjoy our wines through a tasting experience or by the glass or bottle. We also serve craft wine cocktails and beer.

We offer both indoor and outdoor seating. Let us know if you have a preference!

Yes! We’re a family-friendly winery. Children and minors are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.

Absolutely! We’re paw-friendly—well-behaved pets on leashes are always welcome.

Please cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Need help? Use our website’s texting feature or contact us. No-shows for our Saturday Live Music & Tasting Experience will be charged $15 per person.

Yes! We’re happy to accommodate dietary needs—just let us know in advance.

Tipping your wine host is appreciated and expected. You can add a tip to your credit card payment or leave cash. Tips are shared among our team members.

Yes! Members receive preferred pricing on all wines and up to four complimentary tastings per visit. Check your membership level for details on perks and discounts.

Tasting fees are waived when you become a member. The number of waived fees depends on your membership level (typically 2–4 per visit).

Yes! We tailor tastings to your preferences and do our best to accommodate requests.

ORDERS

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Weekends and holidays are not counted as processing or shipping days. You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.

Our carriers (FedEx, UPS, and GLS) will attempt delivery up to two additional times if the first attempt is missed. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us. We can reship your order, but additional shipping fees will apply.

No. All alcohol deliveries require a 21+ adult signature at the time of delivery.

No, we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

We stand by the quality of our wines. If your order is spoiled, damaged, or lost in transit, we will gladly replace it to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

If you need to cancel or adjust your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Absolutely! Gift certificates are available—please visit our  shop page to purchase.

Yes! You can shop our current vintages, wine accessories, and culinary products anytime on our  shop page.

WINE CLUB

The cost of your shipment depends on your membership tier, bottle selection, and quantity. Typical price ranges:

  • 12-bottle shipments: $400 to $700
  • 6-bottle shipments: $270 to $450
  • 3-bottle shipments: $120 to $240

Members enjoy 10–20% savings based on their membership level.

Yes! Before your next club release, you’ll receive an email from wineclub@localhost with your pre-selected wines. You can make substitutions by:

Once your credit card has been charged, we cannot issue refunds for club orders. To avoid being charged for an upcoming shipment, please contact us before the billing deadline to:

  • Skip your shipment 
  • Place your membership on hold or cancel

Yes! Call (707) 927-1065 ext. 2 with the recipient’s details, and we’ll set it up. They’ll receive regular wine shipments and full club benefits, while the charges go to your card. The gift membership continues until you cancel.

Yes! Refer a friend to a Spicy Vines club membership and receive a $100 reward coupon as a thank-you. The more friends you refer, the more rewards you earn! Coupons can be redeemed for wine, merchandise, tastings, or experiences.

Subscriptions

Absolutely! Before your next shipment is processed, you’ll receive an email with your default wine selection. Want to switch things up? Simply log into your account to add or substitute wines.

Yes! Call us at (707) 927-1065 ext. 2 with the recipient’s details, and we’ll set it up. Their subscription will be billed to your card and continue until you cancel the gift membership.

Yes! Log into www.spicyvines.com/myaccount to pause or skip your shipments anytime.

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Just email us at wineclub@localhost, and we’ll take care of it.
