Crafted by our dear friend (and chef of the hour) Maria, this dish is the perfect expression of what summer should taste like: juicy peaches, creamy burrata, a hint of heat, and a crisp wine to pull it all together.
Peach Burrata Salad with Serrano & Basil
Instructions:
Slice the peaches and toss gently with a little honey and kosher salt.
Arrange on a large serving plate.
Tear open the burrata and dollop it generously over the peaches.
Add serrano pepper slices for just the right bite.
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle fresh basil and finish with Maldon flakes.
