Spiced Texas Pulled Pork Sliders

Cook Time: 12 hours (slow cook)

Instructions for Pork:
Place onions in crockpot. Add pork (fat-side down), pour remaining ingredients over top. Cover and cook on LOW for 12 hours.
Instructions for BBQ Sauce:
Melt bacon fat in saucepan. Add onion and garlic, then stir in tomato paste, wine, vinegar, water, seasonings. Whisk in sugar and beer. Simmer briefly, then chill overnight. Reheat and adjust with more beer before serving.
Instructions for Beef Slaw:
